Is there nobody out there that can get Special assignment, Carte Blanche or even Third degree to investigate these guys.
In my opinion it involves the son of a fashion mogul "Borkett fashions" and an ex rugby hero or so he says"Braam Bruwer" who is also the cousin of Anni Basson of sewendelaan Fame according to him.
They together with payed hencmin were able to con a lot of rich influential people who got swindled out of their money. I am even aware of David de Beer and Bradly Borkett going as far as paying Mozambican thugs to intimidate and scare off a couple that threatened to expose them.
This is the kind of stuff Mandy Wiener could turn in to a best seller

ReplyDeletebe warned of development Aqua Ceu in Chidenguele Southern Mozambique run by one Jan Dirk Heyns and Ronel Heyns formally of Durr Estates Knysna & Western Cape and ex chairman of IEASA(who is supposed to be ethical watchdog). Investors allegedly paid money into false Trust Account, money now gone but chalets were never completed. Investors wanting to complain were threatened with legal action. Fraud cases apparently under investigation. Lets hope they rot in jail and that it sends a message to all would-be frauster developers.
Aqua Ceu is by law now a legal entity!!
ReplyDelete2014 Aqua Ceu shares were bought by some of the investors. Aqua Ceu is now a legal, operation and fully functional. It meets all the requirements and documentation stipulated by the Maçambiquan authoroties. Jan Dirk Heyns, Ronel Heyns and Michael Heyns are no longer involved in any way what so ever.
