There were so many people involved with this saga.
ReplyDeleteHow about the Pam Golding estate agents who sold this to the poor unsuspecting buyers and then walked away with no support to the clients.
Braam's attorney friend "mr Schoeman" who sent threatening letters to buyers who were trying to get to the bottom of this ordeal.
Braam's attorney at that point "Nick de Beer" who received money into a legal trust account for the sale of these plots.
i have also been screwed by Braam and his henchmen. They need to brought to justice. Lies lies and more lies

ReplyDeleteThose people will also lose their money according to the latest news....I spent a number of years in moz and I know that the locals encourage investment in order to entice people to bring as much as possible before they steal it all using some sort of scam as excuse.
Braam Bruer his son a guy called Tiff from massif TV and Bradly Borkett are all in the scam and they use the local authorities to their advantage. They squandered investors money now this repossession is giving them perfect excuse not to explain what happened to everybody's money

He will not hesitate to sell you some of the many pieces of land that he "owns" around the lake - In fact: he owns Nothing! This is just another scam - he takes deposits, then tells you he's going to do all the paperwork, then wants more money. If you cannot pay, he simply keeps your money & you get exactly what he sold you: NOTHING! That's the last you will hear from him once he's got your cash.

The attorney Nic de Beer is living in Cape Town. Braam is paying him monthly to keep quiet about the families investments and that they knew their paperwork wasnt correct for La Perla but still proceeded in taking money. They also knew the investors for the golf course had pulled out in 2005 already but carried on selling stands. They are all going to get away with this.

Fraud case against Nic De Beer, Sean Brown and Braam Bruwer now stands at over R11 million, just waiting for decision on where to base the case, either Joburg or Nelspruit. Nic De Beer has been suspended by the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and all cases against the fidelity fund have been rejected as his trust account certificate was not up to date and he should not have been operating one. Sean Brown is in Singapore, his house in Pecan Wood estate has been repossessed. Bruwer transferred his assets before the kak started and is living in comfort while others have lost their life savings. Contact Col Schilz if u havent already and add your claim officially. Jason the builder, mentioned in the Special assignment clip that viewed last night on TV3, and one other. Lawyers are handling this and if it is so then the precedent has been set for other owners.

What about those of us who invested into Calanga Dunes, the golf estate, when Braam and his attorney knew the land was not suitable for development. I believe more money was lost on this complete non development than on La Perla. If someone can post Special Assignments contact person details I will get in touch and send them all the contact details for the other investors, all complainants in the fraud charges against Braam Bruwer, Sean Brown and Nic De Beer.
